  2. Geomatica FreeView Electronic End User License Agreement

  5. Geomatica FreeView is an application for viewing, enhancing and 
  6. examining remotely sensed imagery such as LANDSAT, SPOT, RADARSAT,
  7. ERS-1, NOAA AVHRR and aerial photography.  Geomatica FreeView is
  8. freeware, and is offered by PCI Geomatics to the remote sensing 
  9. community as a public service.  Geomatica FreeView includes useful 
  10. display tools, but does not offer any analysis capabilities.  
  11. However, PCI does have many GIS compatible remote sensing software 
  12. products which do.

  16. You may make and distribute unlimited copies of Geomatica Freeview
  17. including copies for commercial distribution, as long as each
  18. copy that you make and distribute includes the following:

  20.      a> Geomatica Freeview, as provided by PCI Geomatics;
  21.      b> Geomatica Freeview Electronic End User License 
  22.         Agreement;
  23.      c> Copyright and other proprietary notices included 
  24.         in Geomatica Freeview;
  25.      d> The following attribution statement on any media 
  26.         and packaging that includes Geomatica Freeview:

  42. copyright notices, and proprietary notices are contained in the 
  43. Geomatica Freeview installer program.  Details on the terms of use
  44. for the Geomatica Freeview products are found in the Geomatica 
  45. Freeview Electronic End User License Agreement presented during
  46. installation.

  49. the Geomatica Freeview documentation (including Online Guides and
  50. Readme files) in your own publications associated with the
